Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, please first contact us via email: tthekiddcollection@gmail.com. All returns must first be approved via email or the return will not be accepted. Once an item is delivered, it must be returned within 14 days in order to receive a full refund. All return/shipping expenses must be paid by the customer.
Damaged Items
All damaged items must be reported via email to tthekiddcollection@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please make sure to include description as well as photos of damages in your email in order for our team to approve the return.
Important Return Info:
✿ Please note that all returns will be processed as in store credit rather than a direct refund to your bank account. We hope you understand as we are a small business and are unable to process returns directly to credit cards. We will email you regarding your in-store credit upon return approval.
✿ Due to being a small business, we do not keep many items in stock. With this being said, upon return of an item, it is possible we will not be able to exchange that item for a different size due to low stock of inventory. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
